Join executive coach Darren Kaulius and the Emerging Excellence team in this life changing 12-week online program where Darren shares his game-changing tools and strategies that will help you find more time and excellence in all areas of your life.

With over 200 executives already helped, the Leadership Mindset Program has proven time and time again to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of executives, managers, parents, community leaders, and business owners in public, private, and non-profit organizations.

Executive 1:1 Coaching

In these 45 - 60 minute sessions,  you will learn a variety of tools that will assist you in bringing your most effective self to your company/team, and your personal life.

You will also have continuous discussions around an individualized plan to help you take steps toward your personal goals.

Every session will be on Zoom with our Head Coach Darren Kaulius, with options of purchasing 1 session at a time or a package of 8 sessions to be scheduled with what works best for you.

Corporate Training

An individualized program developed specifically for your business / corporation, focusing on your reframing, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, communication, and sustainability. At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
